How to release tension?

for the past 2 weeks, been busy doing all things in one go, new house under renovation, planning to move house next week, got myself a new car cos' need to return the company car to company, changing new jobs in two weeks time and need to look for accommodation as the new job is outstation, need to apply telephone, water supply, electricity supply etc.

............duh! life is such a rush......
