Hi all. I just want to know if there is a hollow gold plated metal piece inside the XCL/ 1/4 phone hole. I broke a piece of my stereo adapter/jack and I can't find the broken piece. I'm hoping it was not the metal piece I saw inside the hole. I attach a picture of what was left of my adaptor beside my head phone jack. Thx in advance. 
It's no use carrying an umbrella, if your shoes are leaking.
