VP150 tweeters dead

Both tweeters of my VP150 have stopped working after
a party with - presumably - very loud music. Can high volume have damaged them or the frequency filter?

Absolutely- especially if the amp was driven to clipping.

I'd call Axiom customer service at 1-866-244-8796.

also if you were driving them full range by setting to large in the receiver, but most likely it was what Marky said.

And if the receiver was turned up all the way, it was clipping.

Turning the bass up is more likely to damage the tweeters than turning the treble up.
