The Netherlands is considering changing their marijuana "cafe" laws so that, w/o proof of Dutch citizenship, no sale.
Might as well go back to flying in and out of Zurich or Frankfort. Damn!

What!! Are you crazy or something?
The only good reason I've ever found for that advice is hospitalization---with heavy sedatives.
Always call the place you live a house. When you're old, everyone else will call it a home.
