So, I was planning to get my car detailed today. I do this every couple of years because I just can't get the car as clean inside on my own. Booked an appointment, dropped the car of, came back 3 hours later to pick it up and... They hadn't even started yet.  Kinda forgot to tell me that they were short staffed. WTF!!! If you are going to offer a premium service, it dammned well better include some service!!! Idiots...
