If It’s only DVD then the best I’ve seen/heard is:

Jethro Tull “Live at Montreux”

For Blue-ray its:

Toto: “Falling in Between Live”
Within Temptation: “Black Symphony”

I've never heard of Within Temptation, but it's now in my Amazon wish list. Very good music.
