This subject was in a thread a while back and I wanted to start this list for all of who can't have or don't want a 5.1 or better system and watch in 2.0. Whenver I come across a particular clear and intelligible 2 channel mix or down mix I will add it. Here is the first I just watched it.
Family Guy: It's a Trap DVD Simply stellar. Every dialog track should be this good.
Bridesmaids: Blu Ray Effortless and easy dialog. Really enjoyable. Never had to rewind to figure out what someone said.

I'm uneducated guessing that the stellar dialog in Family Guy and others modern animated films is made simpler for the production company by the simple fact that the voice over actors are standing directly in front of the microphones as opposed to having boom operators chase them around.
With great power comes Awesome irresponsibility.

Moneyball: Great clarity. There was only one sentence in the entire movie that was difficult to pick up.
