 New Audio Project...ideas??

Hi:
I am working at Logitech these days and got a Transporter unit for lab work. Would like to do some advances and come up with new ideas..any help appreciated..
Some of mine for now
- Add a Tube Amp on top and make a complete unit
- Add hard drive to serve music

Cool! I like your ideas. It wouldn't have to be a tube amp; it could be SS. Mostly, I just want it to cost less
