Hello folks. This is my first post here. As I have been browsing the internet I came across many forums talking about Axiom speakers. As for now I am planning on building a cafe so some good speakers are needed. The area needed to be filled is about 1620 sq ft. If it were possible bookshelf speakers were my first choices since they will not take much space. Is there anything from Axiom that could fulfill my needs? Have been considering Monitor Audio PL100. Would 5 of them be enough for that space? My budget for speakers only is about 30k max, but a good bargain would be very helpful. What do you guys think about those vintage JBL models like the 4351 or pioneer exclusive 2402? Does anyone have any experience with any of them? Please let me know. Thanks for all the help. Sorry for my English. I am not a native English speaker.

So, about a 40 x 40 foot square, or a 32 x 50 foot rectangle, or, more likely, some irregular shape?

What currency is that?

While the Monitor Audio PL100's are amazing, Axiom M3's should be perfect for what you need! For a Cafe, the M3's would be great, and you could get a custom finish at a fraction of the cost of the PL100's!!! May I suggest the Rosewood or Walnut?!

Welcome to Axiom!

Welcome, beholder!

I agree with F16. Five or Six M3s would likely be your best choice. Are they going to be playing in mono and placed here and there?

Like Doc said, what currency are you talking about for your budget?

Don't forget that the purchase of five speakers or more from Axiom results in a discount as well!

5 or 7 Stereo mode on most receivers would work good for 5 or 7 speakers.
