it happens sometimes that i offer my friend to sit at my sweet spot for a movie or some music.
most of the time she says "no thanks, i'm used to the sound when sitting on the side.
to get a better idea of what it means, check out the link below (my room, my equipment).

bridgman, why would i be crazy to make that offer?

Perhaps "crazy" was the wrong word, but "hogging the sweet spot" seems to be a time-honoured tradition wink

I always try to encourage guests to sit in the center since I get to enjoy that spot most of the time.

I do the same and for the same reason as CV, I let my guests sit in the sweet spot
