Thanks everyone for the kind wishes. Had a birthday party last night and took the 'vette out this morning to a birthday breakfast. Currently 34c (93f) here so it's a bit too hot to go out with the top down. Well over 100 with the humidex. I do see a late evening cruise in our future however  Cheers

Oh YEAH! When I drove convertibles, I loved hot days like this. I was a musician, and I knew that I would be driving home from the gig, around 2 AM, with little traffic, in complete comfort, with the top down. Too much fun.  Have a great drive this evening, Wayne.

Yeah, well that was the last cool car I owned, and I sold it in 1976.  As much as I enjoyed the MGB, it weren't no Corvette.

My late wife had an MGB about the same time as you Jack. It had 3 wiper blades and was very cool.
The vette is my first convertible and my only regret is that I didn't get one sooner. Only downside is it does seem to attract some "strange" people while I'm driving.
