i had a look at your link Mark, and wonder how many people actually do what they say about subwoofers:
"In eastern Massachusetts a grinder is a toasted sub, for example the sub is toasted in a pizza oven" i would not do that with mine, even with the promise that sound would be improved. i suspect this is another audio myth. i would prefer to throw a pinch of salt towards the sub for good luck (and better sound).
