Why in almost every axiom speaker measured is there a notch in the impedance plot right at 1khz? M60's plot are a good example of what I mean.

Slight wrinkles in the lower mid-range impedance curves are said(see Stereophile speaker reviews which often comment on this)to indicate enclosure resonances at those points. This may not have any audible effect.

Thanks John, that's what I thought. Kinda important place at the start of the presence region. It seems every model is affected by this. Could it be a port issue? Seems that's one thing all models may have in common.
From lfr to m2.... They all have it. Hmmm.

Hi Hellcommute,
Good eye to see that little blip. It is actually an LMS bug. You can see it at 100 Hz, 1 kHz, and 10 kHz in all impedance graphs. You need a really good eye for the one at 10 kHz.

Hi Ian, thanks for clearing that up. Too weird to see that trend! It makes sense now though.
