Anyone else excited about Game of Thrones in IMAX?

Or Season 5?

IMAX?
Ya, that didn't survive in Winnipeg...a city of over 800,000 people.
I guess the cost of $20 a ticket was $19 too much.
On that note, the crowd at Target's closing out sale today looked stupid (saw clips on the news). Kinda reminds me of birds picking at the dead carcass.
I feel bad for those folks. Been there before.

And yes, i am looking forward to this season.
I haven't watched alot of series in my lifetime, but Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones and Walking Dead have peaked my interest.
I'm starting to tire of Walking Dead though. The story is becoming obvious and repetitive.
Breaking Bad ended.
So really, just one series left to watch and yet it is taking forever to arrive.

I feel the same about WD, but I will still tune in as I'm not ready to give up on it yet.

I have never seen an episode of BB, but I have it queued up in Netflix for when I find a spare 47 hours..... LOL

My family has no interest in GOT which is awesome, as I can watch it with ZERO interruptions.

Breaking Bad was very good though at times it turned into a slower drama which occasionally i would skip through a quick 10 seconds to push it along. IMO some scenes, although required for the story line, could have been cut a bit shorter.
I swear one episode had a 15 minute scene all in a living room with 3 ppl chatting.
Think of it like the speech given by Jack Nicholson in A Few Good Men.

Now take that speech, tone it down 75% and make it 4 times longer. Do you think you could keep watching him yap on for that long?

I pretty much stayed engaged throughout all of Breaking Bad. I've enjoyed subsequent viewings even more. But most people would agree I'm broken.

Yeah, I'm surprised how much I liked Hannibal, too, though I didn't like the second season as much as the first. I need to give it another viewing, because I know other people who liked the second season just as much, if not more, so maybe I wasn't in the right frame of mind when I was going through the second.

I only saw the second season. I was not aware I was watching the second season, till I was on the third episode. then it was too late to start with the first. The writers have to twisted to come up with some of the stuff in this show.

+1 for Hell on Wheels and Justified!

GoT will truly go down as one of the all time greatest series.

Breaking Bad was amazing even if it got slow at times. So far Better call Saul looks promising. My wife and I love TWD as well but it seems like some people think it's an action flick about zombies but it's really just a drama with zombies in it.

Just wish there would be a new sci-fi show anywhere near the caliber of the shows mentioned above. I will say that 12 Monkeys has been completely watchable so far.
