Well, I've decided to go with an Axiom center channel. I think the VP100 will work fine for me but was wondering what the advantages to the VP150 might be? It's hard to decide when you can't hear the speakers before purchasing. A problem I may have with the VP150 is that my receiver is a Pioneer VSX-D811S which according to the manual only supports 8 ohm loads. Has anyone had any experience with this unit and lower ohm loads? My room is roughly 12'x25'. I'm sure the VP100 would work great but I'm always looking for excuses to spend more $$ than I should.

ulysses,
The vp150 was designed for larger rooms, larger areas.
Although some ppl may have larger rooms, their listening area still falls within a confined dimension (e.g. although one's listening room is 12x25, they still only sit 12' away of the whole 25' long room).
The vp150 will have a wider soundstage due to its mere physical dimensions but either centre channel will be excellent for a system.
If you have the extra cash and the bug to buy the highest priced offering that a company has, buy the vp150, otherwise if your budget is a concern, stick to the vp100 and don't second guess your decision.

Thanks for the replies. The more I think about it I'll probably go with the VP100 so I have more $$ to save for the M60s eventually!
