Dang. Seems I can't go 2 years without equipment failure of some kind. Today I tried to play a CD using the CD mode programmed into my Logitech 1100 remote that I normally use. Nothing. Blu-Ray player and receiver seemed to be functioning normally, only no sound. Tried movie mode, and no sound and no video.

Oppo 103D
Pioneer SC-67

Hooked up player to secondary tv. Hdmi 2 good, Hdmi 1 loose and cuts out when wiggling cable. Need 1 for DARBEE function. Same problem with different cable. Player now has 2 problems. Occasionally loses audio during movie that restarts on chapter back, and a loose connection with Hdmi 1.

Put it back together in system and still no audio or visual. Next, I started turning the input selector knob slowly. When it got to BD I got my audio back. Visual working now to. Put it back on CD and nothing. CD used to work. Bought both through Amazon. Oppo under a year, about 2 years on Pioneer.

I replaced my newer Twisted Vein HDMI cable with an older Monster Cable and it fixed my loose cable problem. You really can't beat Monster cables.
