If you do it, we can all try to gather in the same place. How about Cleveland? smile

I vote YES! I cannot tell you how bummed I am that I cannot be there. Instead of driving up to Axiom that Friday, I'll be undergoing a heart catheterization. Like Tom, the last one of these was one of the best times in my life. I'll leave it to Craigsub to carry the torch for me. I'll be thinking of you all and I'll be following comments and PICTURES here on the forum. May you all enjoy yourselves as much as we did last time.

Jack - You will be missed! Best wishes on the procedure, and we will make sure you get a full report.

Sigh... Looks like I'm going to miss this one, despite being so close.

We are coming up on a new model launch in our plant and its getting down to crunch time. I still don't know for sure, but most likely I'll be working all next weekend as this is our big high volume pre-launch run. frown

Whoa! I always knew, sooner or later, someone would build the first model! Kate Upton, watch out. I always figured the Italians would do it first; not well, but first nonetheless

Well, we got the worst part of our journey to Dwight over on Saturday. Typical, our 5 AM departure aircraft was broken in Comox so we never got away till 1130 AM, finally arriving in Toronto at 9 PM - about 4 hours late. Then a 2 hour drive to Ft Erie in the dark & rain.

Yesterday we did The Niagara Gorge (hike) & The Falls under brilliant sunny skies. Going to the Welland Canal Museum today to watch some lakers transit the locks - again beautiful weather.

Off to Ottawa tomorrow & taking the highway south of Lk Ontario to miss driving thru Toronto...

If you take the highway south of Lake Ontario, you will be crossing into the US and driving well into NY state before crossing back into Canada.

Any rate, I look forward to meeting you when I arrive on Friday!

Yup. My brother-in-law is driving & that is his preferred route I guess.

We watched a couple of big freighters transit Lock #3 in the Welland Canal this afternoon. Kinda like watching grass grow, but most interesting nonetheless...

We are all really looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow. After dinner we can head for the Lake of Bays club at Lumina for a few drinks. We have a pair of LFR1100s set up there with a pre-amp running AxiomAir.

Cheers!

Ian
