I have two Axiom Air running Volumio 2 and I like how the Grouping works to play in Sync Audio. I "presume" that this is handed by Snapserver / Snapclients on these Speakers.

I have two Airs and like advertised I can group them and play music in sync to the group.

Is this feature enabled by using Snapcast?

If so, is it possible I'd to add other Snapcast clients to the group? Eg, I have some Android Tablets as dumb "room stations" that I'd like to add to the "group".

I've tried installing Snapcast v0.7.0 but I'm unsure how to connect these to the Axiom Air instances. In the Andriod App I have the following options:

Host: ???? (note: I've tried leaving it blank, the IP address of the Axiom Air, and also their Name)
stream port: 1704
control port: 1705
"Scan for Server" (note: pressing this button does nothing)

yes we're using snapcast.

I have no idea on how you could add your tablets, but sure you've opened an interesting scenario! Let me do some trials and I'll report back (it may involve using a newer snapcast version...
