I just watched that as well. What an interesting way to start a series based on an old movie that still gives me the creeps. Looking forward to see where HBO takes it.

Mr. Brooks and Nightcrawler. Both have incredible sounds in them plus the soundtrack is awesome. Especially for Mr. Brooks. Drive is also another good choice.

Haven't seen Mr. Brooks, but I agree that Nightcrawler and Drive are both great for the audio alone, as well as being great movies.

I've been watching, and I'm intrigued, but I already feel like it's dragging its feet too much. But some of that is probably just because I can't binge it. I should probably just have an active subscription to HBO Now a couple of months out of the year, where I can watch all of content I want in one go.

On the Korean drama front, I'm finally watching a new one, but I'm watching it with one of my online friends who has a busy life, so we've only done one episode so far.

Another Oh Hae Young [viki.com]

The main actress was phenomenal in her role in Let's Eat 2, so I'm excited to see her in this. She's already lighting up the screen.

The Fall is boring, even though there are some interesting touches in there.

Oh, yeah, I really liked the new season of Black Mirror. For the most part it's some pretty strong speculative fiction. Depressing, too, but keeps you engaged.

Designated Survivor S1 E10 - about 10 minutes into the episode is a TV surrounded by black On Wall M22's and VP150!

Watched Jason Bourne Blu Ray last night.

The car chase scene in Las Vegas was way over the top - ridiculous in fact. After a dozen or so major collisions, his air bag had still not deployed.

What a crock...

On our way to see Rogue One.
I love war movies, I hope its everything I've heard it to be.

It was good.
Lots of cgi faces...
At least one cameo from a dead actor.
Its set just before #4. Possibly hours before. It ties in incredibly well.

Am I the only one who is surprised that the new movie is set between #3 and #4 rather than after #7 ? Or has this already been discussed to death ? I saw a couple of references to "3.5" in discussions about best viewing order but wasn't sure what that meant - maybe it was referring to Rogue One ?

I will be looking into for myself but a rumour I heard is that they have committed to a movie a year for the next 10. Obviously if that's the case we will be filling in alot of the back story.
3.5 confirms at least one very important detail and adds new names and faces to the mix.
