Anyone use one? Are they good? Will they hold up? Is there something better out there? Looking to wall mount my vp150 above my tv. Thanks

Full metal bracket will do it. But you must have it into a stud.

Back in my Version 2 of my theater I just went to a local home improvement store and found these heavy duty shelf brackets that came out about 8" or so. They had a glossy black plastic cover that snapped on and held my old 150 just fine below my screen. before that I used them for my old mansfield beach qs8s

Not a good pic, but you can see how the above brackets in reverse mounting held up my old black 150

Here is what I did for the bedroom , works great. Piece of 1x2 about 30 inches long attach to wall and piece of plywood painted black. Kinds ghetto but work a treat

When I mounts it several years ago ( we've since moved ) I used l brackets but inverted them. Basically the wall support part was covered by the speaker and the shelf part was attached ontop of the shelf so no mount was visible only the shelf and speaker.

I used an Axiom Full Metal Bracket too. It basically mounts to a stud in your wall, and then you connect the other half to the back of your speaker, connect the two up and you can angle the speaker as you need to. It doesn't show up well in newf's image because it is directly behind the speaker itself.

Here is when I had my (now gone) VP150 mounted above my 104" screen that i used to have back in my v2.0 home theater. You can't really see it, but you will notice that there is no shelf or anything. It just makes the speaker look like it is magically floating up there.

This is mounted to the wall:

Prior to that I planned on mounting it to the ceiling, but in the end I wanted as much height as I could get so my screen was able to be a little higher. Here is it mounted from a white Full Metal Bracket hanging from the ceiling before I put it on the wall in the picture above.
