Can a kit be purchased to make my qs8's wireless? If so... does it work? It is impossible to run/hide wires to where I want/need my rears in our new house. I don't know much about this technology and would like to have my rears wireless instead of looking at woes running aro Me and up,walls in my tv room.

You cannot get rid of the wires even with wireless as the amp would need to be at the speaker and then you would need a power cord to each surround.
