Hi, I've purchased a number of Axiom products over the years and have always found the service to be prompt and helpful. Recently I bought some more speakers and hardware that unfortunately didn't work out for our space, and so I emailed Axiom about returning them. I was immediately emailed an apologetic response indicating that the returns system was down but that I would be contacted soon. That was 4 weeks ago today. Over the past couple of weeks I've sent emails and left voice mails, but I've not received any reply on this issue. The 30-day trial period has lapsed. I don't know what to do. I don't want to be a jerk, but I am starting to get concerned, and my wife is beginning to doubt my judgment (nothing new there to be honest) so I thought I would try posting here for advice, or maybe reassurances, before driving across the country and knocking on their door. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
