Hi, I've purchased a number of Axiom products over the years and have always found the service to be prompt and helpful. Recently I bought some more speakers and hardware that unfortunately didn't work out for our space, and so I emailed Axiom about returning them. I was immediately emailed an apologetic response indicating that the returns system was down but that I would be contacted soon. That was 4 weeks ago today. Over the past couple of weeks I've sent emails and left voice mails, but I've not received any reply on this issue. The 30-day trial period has lapsed. I don't know what to do. I don't want to be a jerk, but I am starting to get concerned, and my wife is beginning to doubt my judgment (nothing new there to be honest) so I thought I would try posting here for advice, or maybe reassurances, before driving across the country and knocking on their door. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Leave a note on their Facebook page and call. They seem to monitor it more. Sounds like you may have caught the summer vacation season and may have missed hooking up with the right person temporarily. They are good about being accommodating if life happens. Keep trying. smile
