I have had my Axiom Air for well over a year now .
Zero distortion at full volume , however the source music I play is quality flac files .What is your source music as this will make a difference during playback ?
Even for kids , this thing plays too loud at full volume .
Not sure about the limiter ? I know the AA is advertised as a zero distortion device .
Fairly happy with my unit . All my buddies love this thing .

The Axiom Air sounds much better and plays much louder for a speaker of similar design and price
