I finally got around to calibrating my system today with my brand new VP160v4 and EP800v4. I still have my M80v2 and four QS8v2 in the mix.
As you guys (and one SonicFox) on these boards know, I've been preaching about how great my XT32 is. Well...phuk mi! With the VP160 and EP800 in the mix, I ALMOST don't need EQ.
I now wonder if I bring in the M100s and QS10s into the mix, maybe I won't need EQ at all!

After a short exercise in tweaking, I found that I didn't need the EQ - it sounded somewhat better without.
I believe that Ian is in agreement as well.
Still waiting on my VP160 V4 HG Rosewood. The lacquer must be curing now...
