Sorry about the off topic, but I have no where else to vent my pain...

Maaan!! Went to the gym today and bit off a little more than I could chew because it was my last day before a week of not using the suppliment Creatine (because I cycle it so that my body doesn't stop making it), and I wanted to go hard-core. BAD MOVE!

Class 1 Tear on left bicep. Nothing major, but the pain is SOOO bad, and sharp. It's the second time it has happened to me... You would think that I would learn to not use 60's on the free weights for curls...

[PAIN!]

Wrap it with a couple of cold QS8s and you should be fine in the morning.

I know your pain I lift too.

In training for anything in particular or just like to lift?

I do it just for the fun (or well in this case, the pain) of it - heh.

I too am in it for the fun? now. Got hooked playing football. I am not as focused as I used to be. Find getting older keeps getting in the way. A few too many long recovery times from some minor injuries, ie. severe case of tennis elbow for 2 years!, and have lost a lot of endurance and strength. I now know why pro athletes only survive into their mid to late 30's. Hope your recovery goes well.

I'd try a couple of these wrist bands along with a good healthy dose of salt. Rub the affected area with some prop wash prior to wearing the wristband

My little brother used Creatine and other supplements for a many years. Took a near fatal case of strangely complicated appendicitis for him to re-evaluate all the unknown, untested substances he was putting into his body.
Good luck w/ the strain. Could have been worse.
