How easy is it to cut the FMS for bookshelf speakers? I am wondering if I should have Axiom cut it down for me. Thanks.

My recollection from QS8 stands is that both ends of the supporting tube are threaded, which would argue for asking Axiom if they can do it.

Dang! That makes sense. My ears are 34" off the floor and the stand is 25" which would put the tweets about 9" higher than I'd like. I wanted to give it a try though before cutting it to an 18" length.
