It's been replaced with "I can wait 21 business days" on each product page. I really like it.

That's a much better representation of the reality (as I understand it) of the old Factory Outlet... it was about being able to batch orders for efficiency rather than a more typical B-stock kind of factory outlet. Great idea.

It appears to be back, at least I can get to it.
I did see the aforementioned layout, so maybe Ian decided to change it back.
