Updated the TV
The old 58" Plasma died last weekend, reasonably good timing with Black Friday deals already out there, upgraded to a 85" Samsung Q70. This picture does not do it justice.

Any LG unit we have owned always had at least one stand out issue of some kind. Localized lighting issues, white edges, difficult controller or failed early in life. I feel the need to avoid LG if i can. I hate paying more for Sony but you can't argue they put out a quality product. The picture is outstanding. Panasonic might be a slightly cheaper option.
Those OLED seriously scale up fast with size and price. Over 70" the decent units start around $6500 but the 65" could be had on sale for $2000 to $4500.

That was why I went with the Q70, extra large display pretty close to picture quality of the OLED's and much cheaper for the size.

Nice set! The 160 makes that look like a 65". Crazy.
