It's taken 18 square feet of woofage to give me satisfying mid-bass in my 4200 cu. ft. room. I'm not counting mid-woofers because their contribution is minimal.
That 18 square feet is comprised of 6 HP drivers on my actives, two 500s and an 800.
A good question is how much power I'm feeding the whole mess when the satisfying peaks are being hit.
