The M22 is an 8 Ohm speaker. The proof is right here: https://www.axiomaudio.com/pub/media/catalog/product/m/2/m22_imp.gif

I'm quite sure the low frequency roll-off is mechanical rather than electrical.

I just thought they’re might be a 6 ohm or lower dip with the dual 5.25 a la m5hp 6.25 ohm / 5 ohm at 100hz.

Cool. I bet they’re easy to drive too with 92db/1w/1m sensitive.

There's an IEC rule that says speaker impedance cannot follow below 80% of spec. So if you're spec'ing a speaker at 8 Ohms, the impedance can't fall below 6.4 Ohms.
