It’s been a long time, but some old timers may remember me here. My daughters knocked my speaker off it’s stand today and some cosmetic damage was done. It still works thankfully. Looking for repair suggestions before I sand, use wood filler, and blend pencil. I have pics if I can see a way to attach.

Only suggestion I have is to buy a new speaker, the new real wood speakers look much better than the old boston cherry finish. I have both and can attest to this. The looks are night and day. Wish I had a better response, hope to hear someone else chime in with how to repair that. But it sounds like you have your repair figured out, sand, wood filler, and blend pencils. You'll need a blend pencil kit.

Trade them in for M2 or M5.

They sound fine, and I have 5, so not about to replace them all because of some cosmetic damage to one of them. I can’t even see the damage from my normal seat. Repairs are in order, just wanted advice before I do it so I don’t make things look worse.

The vinyl versions look almost like real wood to me ... but in any case unless you want to upgrade, trading in working speakers because of a little damage seems extreme.

If the damage is not that noticeable and/or you can swap it with a speaker in a less noticeable position then fix it the best you can, It’s a bummer when stuff like that happens. Sorry no real repair suggestions beyond what you mentioned.

Welcome back! Can't offer any repair ideas but maybe reaching out to Axiom they might offer some suggestions on repairs. Heck, they might be able to send you a cabinet with same finish and you just swap out the guts, or make you a deal on just swapping that one out from B Stock.

I second that. Ask Axiom if they have any suggestions before you start.
The bottom of the one isn't too bad but the top of the other is rather ugly. If they still sound ok and nothing inside has come loose, no severe bends in any driver components, then you can try your patch method, or something that Axiom could recommend, but at least they will sound fine. Aesthetics only matter if you care that much. Try some harsh sound testing to ensure you don't have any unusual noises from the fall.
Trading for other models is extreme. Many people don't just have cash to toss around on luxury items these days.
