Hello all,

Hoping you are the axiom folks can help

For 7 years....i have had my 51" samsung plasma on top of my vp160. The center is a beast and this tv poses no threat to it.

But...

I plan on buying a 82 to 86" tv this week potentially. And they are 100 to 120lbs.

I love the perfect height of the TV on the center channel(MLP is 12 to 13 feet back). I love having the center directly under the TV and I love they are in parallel. I would hate to have my tv sunk back behind it or visa versa. So it would be super ideal to continue this practice.

Is this ok for the VP160v3?

Otherwise....i will have to consider a whole new entertainment stand option or a telescoping wall mount

If that mass is distributed along a good chunk of the length, I'd say no problem. The 160 is window-braced.

But it's really a question for Axiom.

I have twin towers of twin 500s stacked on a 600. Not quite the same but similar.

I stood on my 160v4 today. Then I did a jig. It didn't break.

If I were Axiom, I'd invalid your warrantee with a the intentional abuse you put your poor speakers though ...

Sorry crushed speakers used as walkways, step stools, and dance platforms are not covered smile

I extend speaker use cases and hence turn them into more valuable platforms. smile
