In other news, the score of my Diamond Mine game of Bejeweled 3 now has a negative sign in front of it, so my playing is now making it go back to 0 from its current -2.139 billion. It was at -2.144 billion when I first noticed it was showing up as negative. I guess I broke it. I'll have to find a new game to play while listening to podcasts.

I never played any of the other Souls games, so that could be part of the problem, but I'm not seeing why Elden Ring has been so highly praised. To be fair, I'm barely into it. But the big reason is I'm not finding the gameplay fun. Granted, I'm not able to throw myself against a wall like I would when I was younger. Perhaps with time the mechanics will feel less clunky. I expected it to be hard, but I was hoping the general movement and combat would be intuitive and satisfying, and the path to upgrades and enhancements would keep me moving forward. So far it hasn't clicked.

I assume on the PS5? I think at this point I'll wait until they release an updated version of the PS5. Two people at work just got PS5s, so it seems like it's getting easier to get them, but I'm not in a rush. I'm curious to see how good the PS VR 2 is, want to compare Half-Life: Alyx to my PC experience. I really hope it allows a lot more people to play it.

Maybe the next version wont be so hot. I had to put extra fans in the AV cabinet to keep it reasonable. I still leave the door open out of paranoia when playing. Heat the room with it.

It's so lame, but I started another game of Skyrim even though I've already gotten all of the achievements. On Steam. Now I'm playing it on my Xbox Series X. I wanted to see how it compared to the PC version, and I have to say, it looks and plays great.

I'm planning on building a new computer next year. GPUs have gotten out of hand, but at some point I want a new one so I can play more games with ray tracing on. I'm going to build my new system around when Starfield comes out, since I'll want it to look its best. I'm hoping more games are using DirectStorage by then too. I'll do another playthrough of Cyberpunk 2077 as well when I have the better hardware if the DLC is also out by then. I'm a sucker for the big single-player open worlds.

ive been stuck on playing Minecraft. I thought i had it all figured out when I played bedrock edition, so Microsoft goes and gives me a free access to the java edition this summer. Crap did I not realize how much of this game i was missing out on. and the graphics on java with the plugins just blows my mind. Got to love the Nvidea RTX3000 series cards with ray tracing.

I can relate to getting stuck on one game for hours on end, especially with something as endlessly entertaining as Minecraft. It's great to hear that you're enjoying the Java edition with all the added graphics and plugins. The Nvidea RTX3000 series cards with ray tracing take things to the next level!
As for me, I've been getting into some first-person shooters lately. I've been playing a lot of Call of Duty and Overwatch. There's something really satisfying about taking down enemies in a virtual world, you know? Also, I love playing games from https://joywallet.com/article/blackout-bingo-review/ because they allow winning some money online.

Your gaming night sounds awesome. I remember diving into Bionic Commando, too – those swinging mechanics were a blast. Congrats on conquering World 6 and snagging that super claw! Also, if you decide to diversify the games, try to play solitare for money. I love doing it, as it is not only for pleasure but also for extra cash. It's a real win-win.
