Does pro audio care about sound quality? I haven't been in many venues that prioritized fidelity except to tame unwanted echo. It seems the work flow of setup, eliminating ground loops, and making sure all the equipment is working is a priority. Fidelity doesn't pay the bills unless it's a concert hall.

Great question….They might not care about sound quality but I have to imagine that some of them do. It can’t be easy to energize huge spaces with linear sound. I haven’t been to many concerts but the few I have been to have been pretty good. Smaller venues are always better overall from my experience.
