Tequila seems to be like the M40 of this board. I don't know why nobody mentions it. Is it because nobody drinks it, or because nobody talks about it?
Me, I'm partial, it seems, to tequila drinks, even though I cut my teeth on Bourbon (Jim Beam, mostly). I'll toss a chip in for Maker's Mark, though. However, considering Tequilas, when last down in Mexico, I got to try a bunch of awesome brands - except, for some reason, I continually woke up the next morning forgetting anything about what the night before tasted like (let alone how I got to bed)....
side note to the side note - this thread is so off course.

el patron is real good tequila also..
believe it or not, the cabo-wabo tequila with sammy hagars name on it is pretty good also.. i was pleasantly surprised!!

You guys are killing me. I mean, I'm going to have to go straight from work to the beer store, and get some yummy Belgian or hoppy IPA just to get the thought of PBR and MGD out of my head. Bigwill buying and drinking MGD for pete's sake. I'm going to go bump the beer thread right now just for general principles.

Bigwill and the rest of you in hot areas...there are other good summer beers besides the generic Bud, Miller, etc.
Try a good hefeweisen wheat beer....just bought a case of one that a local brewery makes...great summer beer.

I'm with Tom on the Belgian.
I also don't drink much so when I do I feel ok with spending a little extra for the 'good stuff'.
PBR? That's what we begged the older guys to get for us for our keg-parties in high school cause it was so cheap (read bad tasting)....

I was looking for some input, but I guess not. "Axioms are the best and they look the best. Nothing to improve. They're just perfect".!!!???? You guys sound like a bunch of people running an automotive industry in North America.
