Ok, I was stuck in the showroom (work) today, so I decided to check the boards for something to do. I normally only check from home. Low and behold ProTech's avatar is bouncy! Hummuna!!! Ajax's spins! This does not happen at home! I'm sure it's something simple with my IE settings. Suggestions?

Open IE, go to tools and choose internet options. Click on the advanced TAB and scroll down to MULTIMEDIA then check "PLAY ANIMATIONS IN WEB PAGES".
This should allow you to see ProTechs bouncing pair of ...
