Well I contacted Noreen and she was able to give me the tracking numbers for my shipment. I contacted Purolator and found out that the were going to the wrong address the last 2 days. I'm head over there tonight to pick up my new speakers.

Thanks to Amie and Noreen for their help and I'll let you know how everything turns out once I set up my speakers.

Did your girlfriend redirect them?
If so, start looking for a new one.

no one was gonna be home when they were to deliver my speakers, and i didnt want them to be left on the porch for the whole neighborhood to see.. so i just contacted the fedex guys out at the airport, and told them to keep them at the hanger til i could come get them.. they said fine, and i went after work and loaded them up and brought them home.. it was a thursday night.. i remember, cause i took half day off on friday, and spent the rest of the weekend seting them up and running wire..

it was fun, but i wouldnt want to do it again!!!

ditto BigJohn,
When I ordered my Axioms I requested Customer Pickup, so FedEx held them at our local facility, I wanted to reduce the chance the FedEx guy would drop them...:)

I got mine in 3 days also,

Well to finish the saga, I went to Purolator and pick up my speakers this evening. Apparently appartment and condo dwellers need to indicate a buzz in code for the delivery people otherwise they will not complete the delivery and then have Purolator request an appointment for delivery.

Anyway i've unpacked them and they look great. Can't wait to hear them but I'll have to wait till tomorrow. I'm on call this weekend and I've got a patient I have to treat tomorrow morning, but after that I'm headed out to get some speaker wire and then enjoy the rest of the afternoon

I want to say thanks to Amie and Noreen who were both great in trying to sort out what happened over the last couple of days

One must always rely on Amie, Noreen, Brent, Ian and Alan.
They seem to be all seeing, all knowing (most days, tuesday through thursday).

A few days is nothing, I waited 4 weeks for my Axiom's (Custom Finished)... I'm glad to hear you got things sorted out though, Puralator have always been awesome in my experience... FedEx is alright, UPS can go die though....

I hate to say this as one of my best buds works for them but I agree. They have butchered more stuff then I care to remember. One thing I must throw out there for those who work at the USPS is WELL DONE!!!!!

For the last few months whenever I buy anything from the US I have been getting the shipper to send it up to me via USPS Global Priority. Everytime without fail it has gotten here in under 5 day's and not one problem yet!!!!! (More often then not it's cheaper then UPS and gets here faster!)
