Can anyone fill me in on why subs have 2 input connection that look like left/right but receivers only have one sub out? Someone said i should put a splitter at the end and connect it to both inputs on the sub.

??

some recievers have stereo sub outs(2)my yamaha does, thats why i bought a vmps large i wanted stereo bass.
i just went from a 100wpc amp to a 350 wpc amp, i figured it would be 3 times louder- not- but it added so much depth and i now the bass is more seperated-i can hear one sound to the left and one to the right its soooo kool.
oh yeh use the splitter idea .
