Before I pull the plug on a set of B&W 703'3 I would like to hear some Axiom 60's or 80's. Can anyone help? Check the audition link but anyone who is listed hasn't been on this forum for a long time. Thanks

Steve, drop Amie a note at Axiom. She has pretty good luck getting people hooked up with auditions.

Also, if you've spent any time noodling through
the forum, you may have run across several folks (me included) who think the B&W 703s and M60s are pretty much identical for audio. The B&Ws are about 3X the price and B&W doesn't have anything that can match up with the QS8s.

I am in San Luis Obispo. I do not know where you are in Northern California. I have a friend in Downtown SAn Francisco with M50s, QS8s and a VP150.

PMBuko is in Berkeley last time I checked.

I live in Lodi. I really only want to hear tm 80's or 60's, but thanks for the input.

Steverm, I second what Ray has said. Email Amie and ask her to contact a couple of members in your area. "koiman" lives in Antioch and has m80's. "Twelly" lives in Union City with his m60's. Too bad you don't live closer to Fresno because I'd be happy to oblige(did I spell that right?).
