my sony pre-amp is going in for service,so for now i broke out my trusty old nad 310 intergrated amp-with only 20 watts per chan and a sanyo dvd player using analog cabels the 80s still shine.and they still play loud!!!nad is known for being very conservative with their ratings,but i see a lot of posts with people making decisions between the 80s and the 60s based on how much power they have or need-my opinnion is,if you want the 80s and have decent quality power,able to drive a 4 ohm load,weather its 20 or 200 watts,the 80s are awesome
