I am thinking about getting a Denon micro system (not the micro HT/DVD system, just the stereo one with a single or triple CD player), teamed up with a pair of Axiom bookshelves. Has anyone ever listened to one of these systems? Are they everything they promise to be?

If Denon makes it I'm sure it is decent quality.

We have one in our kitchen. The speakers that come with the newer units are usually Mission although Denon has renamed some to their own tag.
The unit is excellent. It has a better tuner section than our 1k Anthem TLP.
