Shaun, well I can say I enjoyed seeing them back in the late 80's much better. I went to college at UNI (University of Northern Iowa). The concerts were in our UNI Dome, which is where all the football/basketball games were played. They still did pretty well, but it was not the same as when they were in their prime. I think it was still worth going to see though...

this latest CD isn't bad at all, quite good actually. it was a welcomed surprise after the one before it. i don't even remember the title of that one.....it took a one way trip out the window half way through the third song.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll probably go with one of my concert buddies. I won't be able to convince the wife to attend "The Crue"!
Cheers,
Shaun

I am a die hard Def Leppard fan, so I loved Euphoria as well. But it's a combination of the grunge sound of the Slang album, mixed with their classic 80s sound. Kind of an acquired taste I guess. I really am looking forward to the Covers album as the two songs I have heard from it sound excellent. I would love to catch Da Leps as they are touring with Bryan Adams this summer in the "Take Me out to the ballgame" promotion/venue but the closest they will come to me is about 500 miles away. Bummer.
