Finally hooked up my M22's last night with a Denon 2805. I have not had a chance to really run through the paces but I am very happy. Not sure if the word is clear, detailed, crisp? It seems some speakers always have some sort of background noise 'hiss'. The M22's were very detailed and produced the sound I really love. Thanks to all. I will complete the system with QS'8 VP100 and a sub TBD.

I think "clear" is an excellent way to describe M22's. Mine don't add any coloration to the sound (at least not in my opinio) and are very pleasing to my ears. Glad you like em.
