Its not, but now that you put it that way, I need to buy another bottle and see how it works.
Yeah, like we're buying THAT as the reason. Whaddayathink, we're stupid?
Is that what you meant, Fred? Boy, you sure get sloppy.

Going to try out some new whites today. Possibly a US viognier.

I completely forgot to post any wines from last weekend, though i don't recall anything super interesting.

Had a Bogle chardonnay for the first time. Almost too much acidity for the seafood and pasta with rose sauce. Nice full body but the food needed something a bit softer or perhaps we should have served the scallops with some clarified butter and garlic.

Another Argeninian delight tonight.
Inexpensive and well worth the cost.

Setting up for a bbq with friends on Sunday.
Plan on opening some "old" wines. I think actually have a 2003 riesling in the cellar; a BC wine.
Shouldn't have kept it so long, so we'll be using the proper tasting method of first inspecting the wine for cloudiness and off-odour...

I hope your friends aren't too upset with you for inviting them to a BBQ w/ an edge-bandless table. I'd be too mortified. Boy, it's become a shameless world. Oh, look, you just signed on! Perfect.

Have a fun day with your friends.
