Congrats! My boy is now about 7.5 weeks. One of each is great, but man o man, it's a bit of work. I barely even have time to post!

We've got the one kid routine down pat, but I've heard two kids are more than twice the work. Hopefully all the people who tell me the second kid is easier are correct.

Nope their wrong Peter it is twice the work .Truefully I think parenthood is one of the best things I have ever done in my life.I have loved it.

Wait until you get to 3 kids: then you've got to go from man-to-man to playing zone!

I missed this response to the "Who is the real father" joke ... There is an old tradition to have a pool where everyone tosses in, say, $20 into a pot with a guess as to whom the REAL father is. Guesses like "Mick Jagger" or "Wilt Chamberlain" are tossed about.

If you guess right, you win all the money, if NOONE guesses right, the money goes to the new parents. Of course, noone EVER guesses the real DAD. Come to think of it, that would take the fun out of it ...

It is a way to have fun while getting to the new parents a few hundred needed $$$$.
