Hi there, I'm an original Kickstarter backer, otherwise never owned any Axiom product. I've never actually had much luck in getting my unit to operate reliably. Embarrassed myself several times when hosting outdoor parties, I mostly store the unit in hopes that one day better firmware and a functional Android app will appear.

Today I just upgraded to 2.10 firmware, but still having issues. Symptoms: Android app constantly drops the unit and tries to reconnect, often fails. Severe delays with BubbleUpnp. Tried various WiFi adapters, even Bluetooth.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, as I've spent dozens of hours over the years with little success. I'm a low-level software veteran, still can't figure it out. And why not any updated documentation? What does service management do in the app???

If you haven't already done so, take a read through some of the other threads, especially this one:

I have two Android units (Google Pixel2 and Nexus10) and was struggling to get everything working with wifi and the N3. The software updates helped a lot and since they added the Bluetooth, we've used that mostly for connecting so we can also stream music from Youtube.
I've found that trying to connect via the wifi had more steps than the BT method but i went through glitchy trials as well until this past year.
As noted in my posts, connecting via Apple products was infinitely easier than using Android. I also had some snags with BubblePnP but since the last updates and using BT as mentioned, things cleared up. I'm only using the free version of Bubble so it has some limitations.

Hi Bitjockey,

We can get your N3 working. 2.10.3 is the latest version of the code. Can you try doing an update to this. I will send you a PM to get some more information.
