Any reason not to put soft felt pads on the rubber feet of LFR880’s? Would allow easier moving of the big speakers for cleaning. We don’t listen really loud, but I’m not sure if that would cause any issues.

Another idea is casters with brakes for even better mobility. Anyone know if that would create problems?

Thanks,
Bill

I'd use some furniture sliders, just tilt the speaker and slip the slider underneath with your foot.

Half of communication is listening. You can't listen with your mouth.

Avoid casters particularly if you are on hardwood. They will couple speaker vibration into the floor and vice-versa. Adrian's idea is a good one.

I purchase 8 ISO Acoustic gaiai ll from the Toronto Audio Show for my M100s with
outriggers. They lift them by 1.5 “.

RJ, it sounds like you're really getting into this audio stuff.

There a Toronto based company with many good reviews I researche and think about it forever kinda guy. They had two sets of speakers set up one with feet and other on factory mounts. The one with feet sounder cleaner with a bigger sound stage. To me anyways.
Mojo yes I really enjoy it.I really like listening to music in the basement.

You have a very nice system there, RJ. No complaints.

I really enjoy the LFR’s. I have an extremely simple stereo only system, no subwoofer, and I have not been disappointed. For me it’s a great compromise, omnidirectional sound without all the extra surround sound speakers and electronics. I have not missed a subwoofer at all.
