I know that many of you have invested in some very fancy and comfortable seating for your home theatres. I think the Armedchair Sybaris Motion Simulator chair takes the experience to a whole new level.

It had better, since the starting price is about $12k.

At that price, Tom, I'm not even going to click on the link. Too painful.

D-Box has been doing these for a while now too. I can't remember which line of products is which, but they have some that are like $20,000, and others that are around $5000.

I did a write up here a while back on my experience with them at a demo I had.

Nice! Guess tactile transducers will have to be enough for me for now.

There is a local HT shop in town that has those or something very much like em. They claim their theater demo room cost over $500k. They played LOTR, the scene with them fighting that demon then Gandolph falling down with it after the bridge collapses. Well I will just say the chair did make you feel like you were falling down with them.
