Hello everyone,
Haven't been around for a while so I thought I'd drop in and say "hello" and promise to come back more often.
Still waiting for spring to really arrive so I can get the plastic car out. Still waiting (it's now a theme) for our contractor to finish the basement.
While waiting I'm about to attempt building a table for our as of yet used Big Green Egg, it will either be a thing of beauty with outstanding functionality or a collection of sticks and sawdust... time will tell.
Late March we took a brief 8 day vacation in Varadero Cuba. I've never been there and with all due respect; I wanted to visit before it finally gets back on America's vacation radar.

LOVED IT, the people are amazing, very friendly and we felt very safe. the food was better than we thought it would be and they have customer service down to an art. Would I go back?
