I'm guessing they are contracting the services out, unless they plan on flying to Calif. if I need some new products and installation

Ya, only $400.00 to setup 2 speakers!! haha. I can see it now.
Plug in the speaker cable to the reciever and the 2 speakers... ok folks all done... that'll be 400 smackers.

I wonder if the bit about the included remote control programming would apply to a Harmony (over the net) full-featured remote setup for whatever macros and such one desires?
